Lovely stay with great service
We popped in for a wedding and the place was super nice! The grounds are a delight, and our room was spot on—clean and comfy, with a real radiator. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, but the pool area felt a lil crowded sometimes. good value for the buck!

Lovely setting and grounds, perfect for relaxation.
Our room had a frosted glass window and was located right next to noisy extractor fans.

The spa features a decent-sized pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The overall atmosphere is quite tranquil, making it a nice escape.
Rooms feel dated, with old TVs and scuffed decor making the space less inviting. The bathrooms show signs of wear, with issues like slow-filling toilets and fixtures that need fixing. Breakfast options felt limited. only cereals and fruits were included unless you wanted to pay extra for a hot meal. The generator noise can become bothersome at night, making it challenging to sleep, especially after having a rough travel day. the lack of complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities seemed a tad inconvenient. While the hotel offers a charming ambiance, it definitely requires some updates to justify the price.

Wonderful experience with friendly staff
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room which was comfortable and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was a standout, offering fresh ingredients and delightful variety that set a great tone for the day. While the surroundings were lovely, the hotel could benefit from a refresh in some areas to enhance the overall experience.

The beautiful grounds and tasteful decor create a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, all served hot, while the swimming pool and spa facilities were undeniably enjoyable. the lack of blinds on the ground-floor room overlooking the car park was a letdown. the lounge area became overcrowded during our stay due to a large party, leaving hotel guests without adequate seating.

Breakfast was a real treat with plenty of choices and vibrant, fresh ingredients. The staff was nice too, always ready to help with a smile. The gardens looked lovely, making for a quaint stroll post-meal.
The hotel seems a bit worn out, and despite a clean room, dust lurked in the shadows. The wedding chaos overshadowed our stay, making for some pesky noise that wasn’t ideal.

The spa offers a relaxing experience, with high-quality treatments that felt rejuvenating. The gardens surrounding the hotel provide a rustic charm that’s visually appealing.
The rooms show signs of wear, with carpets looking a bit dated and in need of shampooing. Our initial room was quite cramped, making the bathroom barely accessible, and the shower left much to be desired with slow, lukewarm water. the lack of an elevator is quite inconvenient, especially for those with heavy bags. Temperature control can be tricky, since the windows don’t open fully, and fans provided don't always help much. The breakfast service felt disorganized, with excessive waiting times between courses and limited choices, leaving little to be desired overall.
